Proses Produksi Baja Karbon Bar
Bar bunder digawe saka ingot lan diproses sawise menehi rasio reduksi sing dibutuhake lan dibuwang ndhuwur lan ngisor panas kanggo homogeneitas. Padha diproses kanthi rolling panas utawa tempa panas. Bar iki luwih panas diolah kanthi Annealing, Normalizing, Stress Relieving, Quenchin and Tempering, Spheroidizing Annealing.
Padha uga ditawakake ing kondisi padhang dening Peeling lan Reeling (nganti 190mm kanggo mbalek), Cold drawing (nganti95mm), Proof machining (luwih saka 100mm), Rampung mesin CNC, Padha uga ana ing Cut kanggo dawa, Multiple dawa.
